20 Years of Reputation
For two decades, Reputation has helped businesses navigate every major shift in digital discovery, from search rankings to mobile and social. Now, we are entering the next defining era: AI-generated recommendations.
Today, AI systems like Google's Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity are becoming the first place consumers turn when making decisions. Instead of returning a list of links, they generate a single answer, and the brands included in that answer are shaped by reputation signals such as reviews, ratings, responsiveness, consistency, and third-party validation.

What's New on the Platform?
We released a number of updates this month to help you work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Here's what's new:
Listings: Additional Location Filters for Google Posts >>
Creating listing posts across hundreds of locations just got a lot faster. You can now filter locations by State, City, or custom attributes when creating bulk Google Posts, reducing manual selection and improving scalability. (Apple Showcases support coming in a future release.)
Improved Notification Identification in Audit Panel >>
We've improved how notifications are identified in the Audit Panel, making it easier to stay on top of what needs your attention.
Support for Multiple SSOs >>
Enterprise customers can now benefit from improved login flexibility with support for multiple Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
Reputation Score: Removing Yahoo Local >>
We've updated the Reputation Score calculation to remove the weighting of Yahoo Local, ensuring your score reflects the most relevant and accurate signals for today's digital landscape.
SMS Opt-Out Compliance — Automatic Opt-Out Text >>
To help ensure compliance, the required opt-out text is now automatically included in SMS request templates. You no longer need to add this manually.
Journey Insights: Senior Care Journey >>
We've added a new industry-specific Journey Insights view tailored for the senior care industry, helping senior living organizations better understand and act on patient and resident feedback along the care journey.
Important Notice: Google Q&A API Deprecation >>
Google has deprecated its Q&A API, which means Google Q&A workflows — including FAQs publishing, Ticketing, and Automation rules — will no longer function going forward.
Your historical Q&A data remains accessible for viewing and export in the Reports module. We'll continue to keep you updated as this evolves.
