  • Set up a friendly competition between locations to see who can get the most reviews before the end of the year. Establish a small prize to encourage participation!
ENSURE RECENT CUSTOMERS HAVE RECEIVED REVIEW REQUESTS
  • Double check to make sure recent customers have provided feedback - and if they haven’t, ask!
GIVE CUSTOMERS A HEADS UP
  • When speaking to a customer face-to-face, let them know they’ll be receiving a request for a review. Relay how valuable their feedback is - good or bad - to your business improving the customer experience over time. Happy customers want to help.
SHARE INTERNALLY
  • Share customer feedback analysis internally so action can be taken to improve the customer experience.
