New Year, New Rep Academy 🎉

As we say goodbye to 2024, Reputation’s Learning Management Team is also welcoming a new learning management system for platform training. We are so excited to introduce the new and improved experience for Rep Academy!

WHAT: Rep Academy is gaining a new look and feel this year. Our platform training courses and videos are moving to a different platform. Now, rather than requesting access to Rep Academy through a survey form, customers will be able to join Rep Academy straight from the Reputation platform!

WHEN: Monday, January 6th, 2025

WHERE: Beginning January 6th, 2025, customers will access Rep Academy from the Reputation platform.

1. From within the Reputation platform, customers will access their tenant.
2. 2. In the left navigation menu, click Resources.
3. 3. Click Platform Education.
4. 4. You will then be directed to an external Rep Academy learning portal to begin self-guided and self-paced platform training materials.

Note: If a customer has multiple tenants, they should use their primary tenant consistently to avoid creating multiple Rep Academy profiles.
